I create all kinds of unique pieces and love using vintage touches in all my work. As a young girl I was inspired by the 1950s character Auntie Mame. I try to add a little bit of Mame Dennis' touch to all my work.

Embroidery piece I finished recently for a good friend!!! For my first real stab at lettering, I am quite pleased!
*The idea for this project was proposed to me by my friend who had seen this same embroidery piece online. I sketched out my own version and stitched it up, using the photo as a reference.
UPDATE: the artist who created the original embroidery design is Stephanie Tillman.
